Challenge
Oil Changers had strong local visibility but struggled with poor conversion tracking, high bounce rates, and underperforming CTAs across key pages like locations, discounts, and services. Mobile users weren’t converting, and intent signals like “Get Directions” and “Link-to-Call” weren’t being tracked at all.
Torkvia’s Focus
We implemented a full-funnel SEO and CRO strategy - optimizing metadata, improving local pages, enhancing mobile CTA placement, and activating new goal tracking (calls, directions, contact). Informational blogs were linked to service funnels, and schema markup was deployed to improve CTR.
